1. Order Processing & Verification

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

• To ensure smooth delivery, our team may contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call to verify your order details before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timeframes & Shipping Charges

We ship orders all across Pakistan using trusted courier services:

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, etc.): 1 – 7 Business Days

• Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: 3 – 6 Business Days

• Standard Shipping Fee: Flat rate of Rs. 300 (or FREE Shipping on orders over Rs. 3,000).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders across Pakistan. Please keep the exact invoice amount ready for the courier rider upon delivery.

• We also accept online prepaid payments (Credit/Debit Cards & Direct Bank Transfer) at checkout.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

• Please inspect your package upon arrival.

• If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing an item, please record an unboxing video/photo and contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a quick replacement.
